Shipping information
As standard, we ship domestically with DHL as a non-parcel with tracking and insurance. Upon request, uninsured shipping as a letter without liability/tracking is also available (risk of loss borne by the buyer!), as is insured express shipping with DHL or UPS.
International shipping is carried out by DHL as WARENPOST with tracking. Alternatively, insured express shipping with DHL or UPS can be selected.
The shipping costs can only be calculated once the item is in the basket.
