Visually, all models and variants from the various model years correspond to the originals from the Porsche KG era, which are no longer available. The deeply embossed design is achieved by carving the lettering out of solid material. The chassis number is individually engraved using period-appropriate typefaces. The number plates are supplied with a patina that corresponds to that of a well-maintained number plate after more than 40 years. - Example image -

Description

Aluminium plate – modern reproduction of the type plate for the 912; 912 up to model year 1973. Such plates were found, for example, in all ‘Urelfern’ from 1965 to 1973. As with the original from that period, the model and weight specifications are embossed. The chassis number is displayed in a contemporary style. The plate has been given a matching patina finish so that it does not look like a brand new foreign object in a classic car.
